Greetings, my name is Rich, my journey has brought me to this destination so far. I am a Recovery Coach Professional and a person in long term recovery from substances, incarceration, and trauma. I have grown through many obstacles; therefore, I continue to be vigilant from day to day.
I have supported many men on their personal path to and of recovery, including medication assisted treatment, traditional twelve step meetings, faith-based recovery, smart recovery, white bison recovery, refuge recoveree, celebrate recovery, natural healing, healthy habits, telephone recovery support, s.m.a.r.t. goal setting and many more.
I am passionate about building relationships and connecting with individuals transitioning from prisons, parole, inpatient, outpatient programs, wanting detox or men wanting to find a new way to live.
I often say; “Even if you want to hug a tree, I will reach around the other side and hold your hands to complete the connection” because I believe recovery is all about connection.
No man is an Island!
Hello, my name is Mayra, I am a bilingual Recovery Coach Professional and Mindfulness Coach, who supports young adults, adults, and families. Encouraging individuals to take empowering actions, creating effective plans to regain control over their lives and serve as a linkage to services and pathways chosen by the individual.
I bring my lived experience to coaching, which includes recovery from alcohol, anxiety, and navigating life after domestic violence and trauma. This allows me to meet people where they are now, with compassion and empathy, free of judgment or expectations. I believe that recovery from any of life’s challenges is a whole-human experience, and I partner with my recoverees to create the circumstances they need to thrive, not just survive. My career shifted from nursing to recovery coaching, and that was when my life expanded exponentially. Now, I do work every day that is infused with purpose and inspiration.
My goal is to be involved in the solution and I would be honored to be a source of strength for you or your loved one navigating this journey.
I firmly believe recovery is possible.
A Recovery Coach supports you on your chosen path of recovery, encouraging positive steps towards desired change, while taking the actions necessary to achieve your recovery goals. Together, Recovery Coaches and Recoverees work to overcome challenges and obstacles that are common in early recovery.
